Just standing and watching the clouds creeping, as an army of angels, sent from Him above, touching and blessing every grain of sand and dancing the dance of joy that adds beauty to beauty, I couldn’t but remember a told, maybe folklore, story that I heard once: when Moses asked God to go to Lebanon, He told him Do Not look there, this is mine !It is indeed a blessed and magnificent land, relatively small in its area but there is nothing that it cannot offer with its various richness … May we be worthy of it!This was captured on a 12 km sunset and night hiking trip through Laklouk region, 68 km from Beirut, 1,800 m altitude, in Byblos district.
مجرد الوقوف ومشاهدة الغيوم الزاحفة، كجيش من الملائكة، مرسلة من الساكن في الاعالي، تلمس وتبارك كل حبة رمل، وترقص رقصة الفرح التي تضيف الجمال إلى الجمال، لم أستطع إلا أن أتذكر قصة، ربما من الفولكلور، قصة سمعتها ذات مرة : عندما طلب النبي موسى من الله أن يذهب إلى لبنان، قال له الله لا تنظر هناك، هذا هو لي!
إنها بالفعل أرض مباركة ومذهلة ، صغيرة نسبيا في مساحتها ، ولكن لا يوجد شيء ليس بوسعها تقديمه من خلال ثرواتها الطبيعية والجمالية على كل صعيد … لعّلنا نكون جديرين بها!وقد التقطت هذه الصورة في رحلة مشي لمدة 12 كلم من وقت الغروب حتى منتصف الليل في منطقة اللقلوق ، التي تبعد 68 كم من بيروت ، على ارتفاع 1800 متر في قضاء جبيل.
